Carrot Cake Croissant (Vegan)
All the spice and everything nice! This vegan croissant is laminated and baked with shredded carrot, a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and ginger. Filled with a cashew based cream cheese frosting and topped with maple candied pecans. Yum!
